In the era of globalization where every information is just a couple of touches away, it is important for companies to also take care of their employer brand, instead of their product brand only. Employees will always be one of the greatest assets of a company, and to be able to continue grow and innovate, it is important to recruit and retain the best of the best. However it will be difficult to recruit and retain should the company does not have a good reputation as an employer in the market. In order to help VIVERE Group evaluate its employer branding as well as its connection with employee attraction and retention, the writer used several tools to analyze. The tools are: 1. Employer Brand Mix 2. Herzberg?s Two Factor Theory 3.
