This qualitative study delves into the scenario planning with application of the TAIDA (tracking, analysis, imaging, deciding, acting) (Allison & Kaye, 2005) method to assess the role of school leaders in addressing these challenges, focusing specifically on North Jakarta Intercultural School (NJIS) in the post COVID-19 era. The research aims to explore the involvement of school leaders in crisis management and recovery at NJIS post-COVID-19 through scenario planning, particularly utilizing the TAIDA model. Qualitative methodologies, such as in-depth interviews, participant observation, and data triangulation will provide valuable insights and recommendations for school leaders and similar educational institutions navigating comparable challenges. The findings underscore the paramount importance of leadership practices within the education sector, serving as the most influential factor. As a result, four distinct scenarios---scenario A,B,C, and D---have been identified. To effectively navigate crisis management and recovery in the post--COVID-19 era, it is crucial to implement tailored strategies aligned with the potential conditions depicted in these scenarios.} }
