That form is supports high capability to provide triple play services,such as data, voice, and video. Performance of FTTx network closely related to the network architecture from OLT until ONT, especially using Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON). The purpose of the research is have purpose to analyze the performance of FTTx using GPON technology with variation splitter configuration with parameter link budget, rise time budget, and bit error rate. Based on calculation simulation and calculation results, shows that utilization 1:4 splitter get the highest received power for -22.06 dBm and values of BER 1.79x10-22 for FTTC, -22.04 dBm and 4.29x10-18 for FTTB, -22.25 dBm and 1.25x10-15 for FTTH, and rise time budget for 0.241 ns. For 1:8 splitter get the received power for -25.07 dBm and values of BER 7.35x10-7 for FTTC, -25.05 dBm and 8.56x10-6 for FTTB, -25.26 dBm and 3.55x10-5 for FTTH, and rise time budget for 0.241 ns. For 1:16 splitter get received power for -27.07 dBm and values of BER 3.89x10-3 for FTTC, -27.56 dBm and 8.49x10-3 for FTTB, -27.76 dBm and 1.47x10-2 for FTTH, and rise time budget for 0.241 ns.
