		abstract={The development of technology grows quickly in several aspects of life. one of the aspect is used in queuing system. The simulation of customer service queuing system is using photo which made by software of visual basic 6.0 and completed by additional devices such as printer and webcam. The queuing system is expected to help officer in serving customers and it can be used as corresponding between photo of customer and their identity, it is like in making Identity card, Driving license, or Passport. The Principe of this queuing system is when the customer take the queue number, webcam will take the customer picture automatically, then printer will print the queue number out. After the identity enter to the computer officer. After that, the officer will call the customer based on the queue number and the counter number to go to. Besides, the display will show the queue number, counter number and photo of customer and the data which entered to the computer officer, then the officer will call customer based on queue number, counter number, and also customer photo and the data will be entered to the database which is deleted in the other day automaticaly.
