This VoIP implementation uses WLAN network transmission in ST3 Telkom Purwokerto to support voice packet traffic, in this case WLAN network has advantages from scalability and mobility, so that VoIP technology can be applied. The voice quality delivered via VoIP will determine how efficient the communication is, so in this study Codec G.711 can improve the sound quality by using AsteriskNOW application server that can convert voice packets into real-time data packets over IP network. The goal is to know how well if the technology is applied with 3 VoIP call testing methods. From the test results obtained Quality of Services (QoS) parameters in the third scenario for normal traffic with the highest throughput value of 60,953 Kbps, for the lowest value of delay in normal traffic conditions of 17,526 ms, then the lowest value of jitter at normal traffic conditions of 9,242 ms, and Value of packet loss when the normal traffic condition is 0.07%.
