By using fiber-optic cables will be retrieved a large transmission speed compared with the transmission directly and integrate wireless access networks because it can transmit a wave microwave through optical fibers for distance. Inside there is an engineering RoF multiplexing technology reliable technology on (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing). On the techniques of data transmission with a carrier signal in multicarrier mutually perpendicular. The use of technology wireless system experienced many loss-loss (losses) in the pentransmisian of the signal as well as the weakening of the atmosphere, to address these problems used on system-RoF that has low attenuation, electromagnetic, and interface bandwidth. On the research that will be analyzed is the model of the Radio over Fiber using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing techniques (on) and detection methods for direct detection and modulation used is 4 QAM with a CW Laser-8 dBm s/d 8 dBm and designing systems using Optisystem software 14.1. To get a good performance then the performance will be conducted by analysis of CW Laser 8 dBm with a length of 10 km fiber. Results of the performance of the affected signal constellation on input power CW Laser more power then the good performance of the signal constellation.
