In an era of sophisticated it, internet connection with reliable security is urgently needed by business owners who each day related to internet connection. The use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) on the communication network aims to limit the access of the public to the private network. Use of the median – median VPN used by several organizations that have multiple branch offices. Large organizations with multiple branch offices can use the internet to perform the process of coordination, so that it can trim the costs incurred for travel or for the purposes of meeting between branch offices. To unite the internet network of branch offices to the headquarters of the most frequently used services i.e. rent a VPN. Where inplementasi can be replaced with VPN network using Ethernet over Internet Protocol (EoIP) Tunnel. EoIP Tunnel this feature only found on the router Mikrotik. EoIP Tunnel on the configuration just using 2 routers. This research was conducted on the analysis of network performance EoIP Tunnel between OSPF and RIPv2. After the configuration of OSPF and RIPv2 applied EoIP Tunnel, and then to determine which networks value Quality of Service (QOS) is best between EoIP Tunnel OSPF and RIPv2 EoIP Tunnel used method of streaming video with the Protocol observed is the Protocol of the real-time Transport Protocol (RTP). To read the value of the QOS used Wireshark and applications between devices using IPv4 addressing. After obtained the value of QOS with the observed parameters i.e., delay, jitter, throughput and packet loss, and then compared the results of QOS EoIP Tunnel OSPF and RIPv2 EoIP Tunnel drawn conclusion that QOS EoIP Tunnel OSPF results better than the EoIP Tunnel RIPv2.
