Management that have more than 20 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) will find weak management governance, lack of harmonization and lack of purpose achievement. In fact some organizations which have more than 40 Key Performance Indicators (KPI), most of it are not Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Determination of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and targets to be achieved cannot be done subjectively, but must be selected and determined using appropriate and systematic methods. MOORA method in this case, has a level of flexibility and ease of understanding in separating the subjective part of the evaluation process into decision weight criteria with decision making attributes, which can provide the best Key Performance Indicator (KPI) recommendations. The results obtained are the ranking of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) divide in 4 perspectives as follows, a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective, and get recommendation 5 priority Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from each persvective suitable for Ulin Banjarmasin hospital management.
