One of the organization's information technology is SIMPUS (Health Center Information System). SIMPUS is one of the service system in health centers in the city of Tasikmalaya. Observations and interviews the author that the utilization SIMPUS less effective. This study aims to provide an assessment of organizational culture to know the culture of the health centers are expected by health centers and linkage analysis of organizational culture on the development of information systems health centers. This research is using quantitative descriptive method by collecting data by questionnaire (Organitational Culture Assessment Instrument) and CVF (Competing Value Framework). Research objects include 50 employees and 200 visitors were at the health center Tasikmalaya City: Tawang Puskesmas, Puskesmas Kahuripan, Sambongpari Puskesmas, Puskesmas Mangkubumi, Tamansari Puskesmas, Puskesmas Cigeureng, Urug Puskesmas, Puskesmas Cibereum, Parakanyasag Puskesmas, Puskesmas Purbaratu. The results of this study are the dimensions of organizational culture is dominated by the hierarchy and the market so that the need for the progressive increase in human resources in supporting the success of the system.
