Jombang Rawa is one area that has high traffic capacity. To solve the problem, operator X held mobile network project called roll out project. Roll out project is a project of adding 4G sites. The objective of the project is to provide sufficient LTE network traffic for operator X subscribers. In roll out project, transport network capacity plan is undertaken using a microwave backhaul that aims to support LTE's new site so there is no shortage of link capacity on the path through which the new site passes. Before designing a microwave transport network first determines the far end site of new 4G sites with Line of Sight (LOS) conditions and the link budget parameters observed in accordance with the desired standards. Then the method used to calculate the traffic capacity is overbooking calculation method. Based on calculation traffic capacity of 102 sites there are 21,57% sites that have insufficient link capacity (site is not ideal). By used overbooking calculation method, system and device upgrade as solution to handle the path of lack of link capacity. Prior to the addition of link capacity, the ideal overbooking site value was 78,43% sites with lack of link capacity amount 21,57%. With the addition of capacity solution, the whole site which is not ideal (not according to standard overbooking) could be change to ideal 100%.
