Based on the results of interviews that have been carried out, the Patikraja Health Center does not yet have a system for outpatient registration so that patient registration is still recorded in the book. Every day at the Patikraja Health Center is crowded with patients who will carry out examinations, so that the registration section is often overwhelmed in recording and recapitulating patient data. Health center staff takes a long time to search and find old patient data. Patikraja Health Center has 80 to 100 outpatient visits per day. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a website-based health check registration information system that makes it easier for patients to register online through the internet network to get a queue number so that patients do not have to queue for long. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a website-based outpatient registration information system. The system development method used in this research is Extreme Programming (XP). The stages in the Extreme Programming method are system design (planning), system design (design), coding, and system testing. This website-based patient registration information system is designed using the concept of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and developed using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) with database processing using MySQL. System testing in this study uses Blackbox testing. The results of this study are to produce a website-based outpatient registration information system at the Patikraja Health Center.
