		abstract={This research aims to know the influence of intellectual capital and good corporate governance by proxy is managerial ownership and independent board of commisioners on firm value. The population in this research were property, real estate, and mining construction companies are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2014 – 2017 period.
Sampling using purposive sampling method. The sample used were 17 companies. The analysis data method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The result of this research is intellectual capital has positive and significant impact on firm value and composition of independent commisioners has negative and significant impact on firm value, while managerial ownership has not significant impact on firm value.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital dan
good corporate governance yang diproksikan kepemilikan manajerial dan dewan
komisaris independen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan pada
penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property, real estate, dan konstruksi
bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2014 - 2017.
Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel
yang digunakan sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan
adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi
21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan komposisi komisaris independen
berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kepemilikan
manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
