		abstract={This study is a type of causal research that aims to determine the effects of
Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Employee
Performance on staff of Vacational High School of 1 Karawang. The sample used
was 50 respondents who are employees and supported by primary data collection
technique. The method used in this study is Partial Least Square (Smart PLS)
Version 3. The results of this study indicate that Leadership variable have a positive
and significant effect on the Employee Performance on staff of Vacational High
School of 1 Karawang. And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable
have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Perfomance on staff of
Vacational High School of 1 Karawang.

Performance.Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kausal yang bermaksud untuk
mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada staff SMK Negeri 1 Karawang. Sampel
yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden adalah karyawan dan didukung dengan
teknik pengambilan data primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah program Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) Versi 3. Penelitian ini
membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
Kinerja Karyawan pada staff SMK Negeri 1 Karawang. Dan Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja
Karyawan pada staff SMK Negeri 1 Karawang.
