		abstract={The implementation of the Pearl Beach Housing Project Development is
one of the projects undertaken by PT. Cipta Buana Indonesia. This project has a
duration of 16 months, starting from November 2017 - March 2019. However, in
its implementation the project has been delayed from the schedule that was
supposed to be in October 2018 the project has reached 70% but in reality the
project has only reached 50%. This study aims to determine the critical activities
and optimal costs for completion of work that is experiencing delays namely MEP
and Finishing. The method used in this study is the Critical Path Method (CPM)
and Crashing Program Data collection is carried out directly from the
implementation of the project by interviewing the Project Manager. From the
results of the study note that the MEP and Finishing work can be completed on
time with the alternative addition of labor and work hours with an additional cost
of Rp. Rp. 119,725,000.

Proyek ini mempunyai durasi waktu penyelesaian 16 bulan, terhitung dari bulan
November 2017 – Maret 2019. Tetapi, dalam pelaksanannya proyek mengalami
keterlambatan dari jadwal yang seharusnya yaitu pada bulan Oktober 2018 proyek
sudah mencapai 70% tetapi kenyataannya proyek baru mencapai 50%. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas – aktivitas kritis dan biaya optimal pada
penyelesaian pekerjaan yang mengalami keterlambatan yaitu MEP dan Finishing.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Critical Path Method (CPM)
dan Crashing Program Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dari
pelaksanaan proyek dengan wawancara kepada Project Manager. Dari hasil
penelitian diketahui bahwa pekerjaan MEP dan Finishing dapat diselesaikan tepat
waktu dengan alternative penambahan tenaga kerja dan jam kerja 4 jam dengan
biaya penambahan sebesar Rp. Rp. 119,725,000-,.
