		abstract={Burnout syndrome is a fatigue physically, emotionally and mentally. Achievement motivation is the drive to overcome obstacles and achieve success. Many students who are doing professional practice nurses are less motivated to complete the task, due to fatigue and burdened with many tasks and responsibilities in place practices. This study aimed to examine the relationship between burnout syndrome and achievement motivation on student nurses in the profession STIKes Husada Patria Blitar.
Statistical test using Spearman's rho test with SPSS 16 for windows, this research includes studies of correlation with the population of 37 students and the number of samples all students, collecting data using questionnaires with a cross-sectional analysis which was held on August 23, 2015.
Based on test results obtained pvalue statistic = 0.000, rho = -0634. Because pvalue (0000) <? 0.05 then there is a relationship between burnout syndrome and achievement motivation and the correlation is strong means that the higher the level of burnout syndrome students who practice the profession it will be less motivated to perform, therefore the students profession nurses are expected to motivate themselves, and more diligent so that tasks are not abandoned so that the burnout syndrome can be minimized.
