Gases which contained in haze oil cargo(petroleum) which produced by cargo from tanker vessel are very dangerous, when this gases collected inside enclosed spaces and not being cleaned in a long time will be very dangerous for vessel crew. Beside in used tank that load petroleum, dangerous gases also contained in enclosed spaces which has not good ventilation. Work accident like toxic, respiratory hazards, unconsciousness, oxygen deficiency, asphyxiation or even death will make a job planned before became late and not maximum. Beside of being obstacle in job processing, if enclosed spaces dangerous handling cannot be handle can caused work accident more serious to vessel crew inside . Knowledge, ability, understanding and experience about safety working for every vessel crew in tanker vessel to aware every poddibillities of dangers inside enclosed spaces became very important. Which are knowledge about entering enclosed spaces procedure and doing work inside its important to explain technically about residual dangers from cargo inside enclosed spaces(cargo tank), and dangerous handling as based in prevention of work accident.  Ability of using instruments related to work inside enclosed spaces are one of things to maximize working inside enclosed spaces. Responsibility and officer controlling are very important to doing work inside enclosed spaces. All officer must improve safety working and controlling crew’s working so that every enclosed spaces handling ca work fluently..
