From the results of the study can be known factors that cause ineffectiveness of Hopper in the dismantling process at a special port PT. Semen Indonesia tuban branch. Among them are weather factors, old Crane Hock Cycle time (HCT), and a valve opening system that is manual. Based on the results of the study, PT. Varia Usaha Bahari branch Tuban made an effort to check the weather before and during the event, replacing the manual Hopper valve opening system to become hydraulic. Enactment of ship feasibility deterrence, so that HCT from ship Cranes does not slow down Hopper performance. Thus PT.
