Carry out watch keeping that to be done by officers and all crew must as per valid regulation suitable with international standard such as : watch keeping at port, on deck, other else, and Master suppose to control all crew activities in purpose for minimize and prevent things that could make vessel, person, cargo, and others in danger, , So that could be reach safe and controlled situation that everyone hoping. Owner of Motor vessel Sinar Solo is PT. Samudra Indonesia. Address in Kali Besar Barat street, 54th, West Jakarta and the vessel type is container ship that has 19 crew, consist of one Master, three officers, three AB, one deck cadet, one boatswain, one chief engineer, three engineers, one engine boatswain, two oilers, one engine cadet, one chief cook, and one waiter. Master have right for give instruction to all crew that have relation with carry out of watch keeping. MV. Sinar Solo crew’s consist of different national, with different character and behaviour that come from different educational background with different certificate he has, it will be give affect when process of loading and discharging, especially officer on board the ship that could influence mindset to every individual for face some case, when take decision, understanding about procedure and ability for operating equipment.
