		abstract={Nuclear Science is a technology that needs to be developed for the civilization. The technology need to be used in Indonesia. However, Nucelar technology development was feared by the Indonesian society related to the negative impacts that could occur. Though there is another side that is positive and can provide much benefits. In summary, it can be concluded that the Indonesian society have not been well educated and have not received complete information about the development of nuclear technology. The research discusses the design of development facilities that can provide education and development. So that Indonesian society can understand the benefits and involve the development of nuclear technologies. the facility was created with a space program based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Research and Technology, architectural psychology, and general human psychology}
