		abstract={The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility in Indonesia is mandatory. The issues of palm oil plantations related to social and environmental are the basis of the importance of palm oil companies to conduct Corporate Social Responsibility. The purpose of this research is to describe the Corporate Social Responsibility in Indonesia and the implementation of the concept with sustainable development in oil palm plantation companies. The study method used is normative juridical based on the nature of the legal dogmatic research. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility in Indonesia was integrated with the concept of sustainable development and as an economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility of palm oil companies is carried out under article 33 paragraph (3) and (4) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, national long-term development plan and local regulation. The plans and programmes of the Corporate Social Responsibility of palm oil companies are run through green economy by not tradingoff between economic, social and environmental development.}
