		abstract={Apartment is a most appropriate choice for people who lived in a big city with
densely populated. There are a little lands left for construct a landed house for
every family in the city, this problem triggers some parties to construct more
apartments. Apartment not necessarily can be constructed easily, because of many
factors and parties who involved in apartment’s construction. One of the most
important and fundamental thing before construct an apartment is owner’s
readiness and ability in terms of cost. On the planning’s phase, owner’s do a cost
estimation calculation to see the capabilities of the chosen contractor and the
owner itself.
Unit Price Analysis document and Construction Cost document are the result of
cost estimation terms, which use on the tender. The Unit Price Analysis
calculation is refferig to Indonesian Minister Regulation for Public Works No.
28/PRT/M/2016 of Unit Price Analysis Works and the price for material used are
taken from Unit Price Journal in DKI Jakarta Province as 2017}
