However, pineapple processing still uses the conventional method by using an ordinary knife to peel the pineapple fruit, this method is less effective in peeling the pineapple skin and its eye seeds. So that in this study a design and simulation of a pineapple peeler was made to facilitate the community and pineapple farmers in accelerating the peeling process. The research was conducted by studying literature and looking for references from various journals and observing pineapple peel with a manual press system. Then the process of designing shapes and components for the peeler is carried out. This pineapple peeler works with the principle that the pineapple fruit is placed parallel to the cutting edge that has been attached to the table holder then press the press lever towards the pineapple fruit. In the tool experiment, pineapple results were found from the peeling process with a capacity of 204.24 kg / hour.} }
