The short-term impact is an increase in mortality and morbidity, while the long-term impact is a short stature, a decrease in reproductive health, a decrease in learning capacity, and an increase in non-communicable diseases. Methods: This type of research is cross sectional with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were mothers who had toddlers aged 0-59 months in Pagardin Village, Ulok Kupai District, North Bengkulu Regency. Results: The results obtained P Value between maternal education level (0.021), family income level (0.005) and mother's level of knowledge (0.000) with the incidence of stunting under five in Pagardin Village, Ulok Kupai District, North Bengkulu Regency. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the mother's education level, family income level and mother's level of knowledge with the incidence of stunting under five in Pagardin Village, Ulok Kupai District, North Bengkulu Regency in 2021. Suggestion: It is expected that respondents can better understand the importance of Mother's Knowledge about Nutrition with the incidence of stunting in toddlers} }
