The independent variables used are talent management, knowledge management, career decision-making self-efficacy and learning organizations while the dependent variable used is work readiness. The method used in this study is a survey method, where data is obtained from the results of collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all students at the LLDikti Region III Jakarta high school. The sample in this study were 397 respondents. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS 3.0 version with the stratified random sampling method technique. The results of this study indicate that talent management has an effect on knowledge management, talent management has no effect on career decision-making self-efficacy, talent management has an effect on learning organizations, talent management has an effect on job readiness, knowledge management has an effect on career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision-making self-efficacy has an effect on learning organizations, knowledge management has no effect on work readiness, self-efficacy in making career decisions has an effect on work readiness, learning organizations has no effect on work readiness, and knowledge management has an effect on learning organizations.} }
