		abstract={ABSTRAK The hospital is one of the health facilities that has the main function to carry out health efforts that are healing and recovery for patients. In order to support maximum health services, it is necessary to pay attention to the proportion of duties and workloads of filling officers at Kediri Baptist Hospital. So that the proportion of duties and workload of officers can be balanced. Thus the author wants to know how the state of the filling room and how to calculate the need for medical records in the filling section of the Baptist Hospital in Kediri, so that an appropriate workload can be identified, so as not to cause physical or mental fatigue to the filling officer at the Baptist Hospital in Kediri. The purpose of this study was to determine the state of the Filling Room at the Baptist Hospital in Kediri. And to find out how to calculate the medical record workforce needs in the Filling Section of Baptist Hospital in Kediri so as to get the number of workers based on the workload in the medical record unit.  This type of research is a qualitative research methodology is a research method that is descriptive, uses analysis, refers to data, utilizes existing theories as supporting material, and produces a theory.  From the calculation of the need for medical records personnel in the filing section using Permenkes No. 33 of 2015 the results of the required human resources are 5 people, while there are currently 5 human resources that are divided into 3 shifts. To be able to provide more optimal services, it is necessary to add additional human resources in accordance with the results of calculations based on Permenkes No. 33 of 2015. ABSTRAK 
 
Rumah sakit adalah salah satu sarana kesehatan yang mempunyai fungsi utama untuk menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yang bersifat penyembuhan dan pemulihan bagi pasien. Guna menunjang pelayanan kesehatan yang maksimal, maka perlu diperhatikan mengenai proporsi tugas dan beban kerja petugas filling di Rumah Sakit Baptis Kediri. Sehingga proporsi tugas dan beban kerja petugas bisa seimbang. Dengan demikian penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimanakah keadaan ruang filling dan bagaimanakah cara menghitung kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis di bagian filling Rumah Sakit Baptis Kediri, sehingga dapat diketahui beban kerja yang sesuai, agar tidak menimbulkan kelelahan fisik maupun mental terhadap petugas filling di Rumah Sakit Baptis Kediri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keadaan ruang Filling di Rumah Sakit Baptis Kediri. Dan untuk mengetahui cara 
menghitung kebutuhan tenaga kerja rekam medis di bagian Filling Rumah Sakit Baptis Kediri sehingga mendapatkan jumlah tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja di unit rekam medis.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metodologi penelitian kualitatif adalah sebuah metode riset yang bersifat deskriptif, menggunakan analisis, mengacu pada data, memanfaatkan teori yang ada sebagai bahan pendukung, serta menghasilkan suatu teori.  Dari perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis di bagian filing dengan menggunakan Permenkes No. 33 Tahun 2015 di dapatkan hasil SDM yang dibutuhkan yaitu 5 Orang, sedangkan SDM yang ada sekarang ada 5 Orang yang terbagi dalam 3 Shift. Untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih maksimal maka diperlukan penambahan SDM sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan yang berdasar pada Permenkes No. 33 Tahun 2015.
