		abstract={Objective: This study aims to determine the influence of profitability, leverage, intellectual capital, and company growth on firm value and firm size as moderating variables. 
Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative data, the sample in this study is 18 companies in the property and real estate sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2009 ? 2023. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was multiple regression analysis using Eviews 9 software.  
Findings: The results of this study show that  the pofitability variable  has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on firm value, the leverage variable  has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on firm value, the intellectual capital variable  has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on firm value, the Company growth has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on firm value, and the firm size variable  has a negative and statistically significant effect on firm value. For moderation variables, firm size can strengthen the influence of leverage and intellectual capital on firm value but cannot strengthen the influence profitability and company growth to firm value.
Originality/value: This study discusses firm value and other factors such as profitability, leverage, intellectual capital, company growth, and firm size focusing on companies in the property and real estate sectors.  of firm value.}
