In the process of developing sample shoe production, the author finds that there are obstacles in the system that has been running, namely the existing system does not have a target schedule for each work process which has an impact on the ineffectiveness of the shoe
sample production process at PT Mangul Jaya. This research was conducted by the author aims to streamline the existing system by creating a target schedule for each sample shoe production development process. The method used by the author to overcome the obstacles that exist in the sample shoe production system at PT Mangul Jaya is by interviewing sources in each section in order to find out the time required, obstacles and solutions in the process of each process.}
