		abstract={This study aims to prove the safety and health have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. As well as to prove which of the occupational safety and health the dominant influence on the performance of the production employees at CV.Langgeng Makmur Together in Lumajang.
This study uses multiple linear regression method then proceeds processed data with SPSS 16 and hypothesis testing by t-test, f, and the dominant test.
From the results of the t test performed showed that both safety and health variables on the performance, the results obtained t count for each variable that is salvation (X1) =3,556, health (X2) = 3,763 so the t test results showed that both safety and health variables significant effect partially to the performance, it is obtained the value t = 3,763, with significant 0,000 by using significantly limit of 5% or obtained ttabel 0.05 ± 2,000. This means thitung (3,763) is greater than t table (2,000), which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. In the test results f undertaken showed that both variables Salvation and health affect the performance, in obtaining the results of F = 19.181 with a significant level of 0.000. By using significantly limit of 5% or 0.05 obtained by 3,16. Ftabel means Fhitung>Ftabel. So the test results showed that both variables f safety and health simultaneously significant influence on employee performance. While the results show that the predominant occupational health dominant influence on employee performance, this shows the beta coefficients for is variable keseahatan namely 0,467}
