TBC merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang dapat menyerang berbagai organ, terutama paru-paru. TBC merupakan infeksi melalui udara, seperti batuk, bersin, berbicara maka keluarlah droplet nuklei yang kemudian menguap di udara dan terhirup oleh seseorang maka orang tersebut akan terinfeksi bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Saat terinfeksi maka produksi mukus akan meningkat sehingga menyebabkan ketidakefektifan bersihan pada jalan nafas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melaksanakan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Klien Dewasa TBC dengan masalah Ketidakefektifan bersihan Jalan Nafas di Rumah Sakit Panti Waluya Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus pada 2 klien yang mengalami masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas. Waktu penelitian pada klien 1 pada tanggal 18-20 Maret 2019 dan klien 2 pada tanggal 28-30 Mei 2019. Pada kedua klien dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari. Kedua klien dilakukan tindakan keperawatan mandiri dan kolaborasi. Pada klien 1 dilakukan teknik batuk efektif, dan dianjurkan banyak minum air hangat untuk mempermudah pengeluaran dahak. Pada klien 2 untuk lebih banyak mengonsumsi air minum karena adanya hemoptoe untuk membantu mempermudah mengencerkan dahak. Perawat diharapkan dapat lebih memperhatikan kondisi klien sebelum melakukan teknik batuk efektif.

TB is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which can attack various organs, especially the lungs. TB is an infection spread through the air, such as cough, sneeze, talk then droplet nuclei come out then evaporates in the air and is inhaled by someone, that person will be infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria.  When infected then the mucus production will increase, leading to the ineffectiveness airway clearance. The purpose of this study is to provide nursing care in TBC adult client with ineffectiveness clearance airway problem at PantiWaluya Hospital Malang. The design of this study used a case study method on two clients who experience the ineffectiveness airway clearance. The research held onfirst client on 18-20 March 2019 and second client on May 28-30, 2019. Both clients had given nursing care for 3 days. Both clients had given independent nursing intervention and collaborative actions. On the first clientdid effective cough technique, and recommended to drink plenty of warm water to release sputum easily. On the second client with hemoptoe was suggested to consume more drinking water to help dilute of sputum easily. Nurses are expected to pay more attention to the client's condition before carrying out effective cough techniques.
