From the calculation results, the minmax method, the authors get the agreed amount in the Potato sample of 3 kg. The results of the calculation of the amount protected by the minmax method can affect the minimum amount of inventory, minimum amount and maximum level of ordering ulag which is ideal and adjusts to food ingredients in the warehouse. This is done so that there is a balance between the number of purchases and purchases for shortages as well as food material in the warehouse.
