However, Bali's unfavorable position leads to frequent natural disasters that cause crises, including one of which is the eruption of Mount Agung in 2017. According toGlaesser(2008), a crisis is an unplanned process, proven to be inaccurate because crises in certain areas can easily be anticipated by planning and more precisely if called as undesirable development. Researchers will research to find out how Bali X Hotel Nusa Dua passed through the eruption of Mount Agung 2017 crisis. According to the author, this needs to be done because Hotel X Nusa Dua Bali faces the crisis impact better than the state of the hotel industry in Bali in general. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach where researchers will examine the phenomenon of crisis management at Hotel X Nusa Dua Bali. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews and literature study. The results of this data collection will then be displayed, reduced, analyzed, and drawn. At the end of the chapter, the researcher provides conclusions andrecommendations for the Hotel X Nusa Dua Bali. The results of this study were that in a very quiet situation in Bali due to the eruption of Mount Agung 2017, Hotel X Nusa Dua Bali was able to pass well because previously it had a procedure from the corporate level called APACHE.
