		abstract={This final project examines the Employee Work Ethic in realizing the Vision and Mission at Ardan Hotel Bandung. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive analysis method that uses one variable, the employee work ethic at Ardan Hotel Bandung. Sources of data obtained through sources and hotel data. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the authors conclude that employees who have a good work ethic have an impact on the 
creation of the vision and mission of the hotel. However, in Ardan Hotel Bandung itself, not all employees have a good work ethic in creating the vision and mission of the hotel, so the importance of affirmation in the implementation of the work ethic for employees.
