This study aims to determine and identify the application of work culture that has been applied by the Food & Beverage Department of The Jayakarta Suites Bandung Hotel. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method in which data collection techniques using the interview method. Interview data were taken from Waitress, Supervisor, Food & Beverage Manager as implementers of work culture and Human Resource Manager as evaluators of work culture implementation.
