		abstract={Lembang Asri Resort is a business field in accommodation services that implements Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a form of corporate activity agenda. This 
final project examines how the implementation of CSR in Lembang Asri Resort and whether the activities carried out are running effectively or not. This study was included in a qualitative study using descriptive analysis methods. There are two informants in this study, including internal (Human Resources Lembang Asri) and external parties (community representatives who received CSR assistance). The author can draw conclusions from the results of research that has been done namely, Lembang Asri has implemented CSR quite well. This is marked by CSR activities in various fields that have been carried out. But the implementation has not been 
effective because it is considered less than optimal and not appropriate. So we need some improvements in the CSR program so that it can run optimally. It is intended that the CSR program implemented is effective and on target.
