This research is a quantitative study conducted by distributing questionnaires with census techniques to respondents who are waiters at The Cipaku Garden Hotel Bandung Restaurant. The questionnaire given compares the existing organizational culture and expected organizational culture. The data that has been collected is then processed with tools such as IBM SPSS 22.Then, perceived organizational culture, preferred organizational culture, and the fit between the two were assessed as predictors of the employee performance. Among preferred culture factors, Service Quality, Employee Development and Fair Compensation factors predicted the outcomes.
