		abstract={Gunungmasigit Village is a village that is included in the top 300 best tourist 
villages based on the Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia (ADWI) event. There are 
several attractions in Gunungmasigit Village including Guha Pawon, Stone 
Garden, and Tebing Masigit. This study aims to find out how the management of 
destinations is carried out in the attractions contained in Gunungmasigit Village. 
The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. 
This study uses Morrison (2019) in determining the pillars of destination 
management. The results of the study prove that the Tourism Attraction in 
Gunungmasigit Village has done good management and fulfilled the pillars of 
destination management, namely Leadership and Coordination, Partnership and 
Team Building, Community and Stakeholder Involvement, Planning and Research, 
Product Development, Marketing and Promotion, and Visitor Management.
