Sariwangi No.44, Sukajadi, Bandung, West Java. Magnus Wisata Tour & Travel has been established since 2012. PT. Maha Gama Nusantara (Magnus Wisata) has several domestic and international tour products, domestic and international tickets, hotel vouchers and tourism vehicle rental. PT. Magnus Wisata also has a target market, namely corporate or private companies that have previously collaborated, where the sales themselves are more dominant in airline tickets and hotels. in 2020 as a result of the corona pandemic. Until now, there has been no specific strategy from the company in order to survive in the world of tourism business and choose to leave for a moment from the world of tourism seeing the unstable condition. This study discusses how the right survival strategy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in sales (Tickets, Hotels & Tours) and HR at companies. The concept of strategy used isthe concept proposed by David Fred R, in the book Strategic Management Concepts, which states that strategy is needed in the midst of situations like this. This strategy intends for a company to take rescue actions in order to escape greater losses, which in the end is bankruptcy. This study uses a qualitative method. The main data source was obtained from interviews with the owner of Magnus Wisata Tour & Travel. From these results, it can be concluded that the existence of the Covid?19 pandemic does not affect Magnus Wisata Tour & Travel to implement a new strategy. They still maintain their initial policy, which is to provide a pending payment facility and still have cooperation with several private and state companies. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic there was no request or purchase of airplane tickets, tour packages and train tickets offered by Magnus Wisata Tour & Travel. Which is where the company was forced to temporarily lay off some of its employees in the first 3 months, and has pulled back employees to be able to work at the office again after the pandemic has passed.
