This study aims to investigate pronunciation problems in EFL classroom and to discover the most problematic English sounds by Indonesian English learners who are not intensively taught English. The pronunciation problems here refers to the segmental features that refer to the production of consonant and vowel sounds. The EFL here were non-English major students, in this case, were the second semester Computer Science students doing English business presentation. This study was done by using qualitative research as the research design and the data obtained were in the form of videos of students presentations. Based on the investigation, the findings revealed that Computer Science students, in this case was Informatics engineering students, encountered pronunciation errors in English consonant and vowel sounds. There were ten consonants production problems with 28 words, nine vowel production problems with 38 words, and three diphthongs production problems with 18 words. In addition, the phonotactic and ommission problem also found in this findings. Based on the findings, the writer suggests the next researcher to investigate the suprasegmental features since pronunciation involves segmental and suprasegmental features. In addition, it is suggested also to do this similar study in quantitative research or both qualitative research and quantitative research. The last, since this study involves non-English major students, so they need to have more practice and also credits for English pronunciation class to introduce and train the students about the correct English pronunciations.} }
