		abstract={One of the main elements in the survival and improvement of the company is success in human resources (HR). To carry out the duties properly carried out requires good performance and professionalism from an employee, with good performance and supported by work discipline and work motivation, so that they can produce good results also for a company. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesian Technology Slash. The research design carried out in this study was descriptive quantitative with the method of distributing questionnaires to 41 samples which were used as respondents using the saturated sampling technique method. Each item of indicator questions refers to the theories concerned with the research. Indicators of the influence of work discipline (Variable X1), the influence of work motivation (Variable X2). The data analysis used to test the data in this study is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), t test and F test. The results of the data analysis show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on PT employee performance. . Indonesian Technology Slash.
