The study is carried out experiments in the field using complete random design in vactorial forms it consists of two factors. The first factor is the bokashi (B) measures of 4 level by giving bokashi rice straw as much as 0, 0.7, 1.4, and 2.4 kg/plot. The second factor, though, is the four measures of cow urine (U) in whichncow?s urine is 0, 100, 200 and 300 ml/l of water. Both factors are combined, resulting in 16 combinations of treatment and each treatment repeated 3 times so obtained 48 units. Research has shown that bokashi rice straw offered for height of 1.4 kg/plot , to the width of corn leaves 2,8 kg/plot, at a corn coc weighs kg/plot, at th parameters of a corn seed line of 2.8 kg/plot, tihs rate of net assimilation was 2.8 kg/plot and relatively fast growth without the bokashi. Cow urine given to a plants height of 100 ml/liters, to the wide area of corn leaves 300 ml/liters, at a corn cob weigjs 200 ml/liters, at the parameters of corn seed line 200 ml/liter, the rate of clean assimilation is 100 ml/liter, and relatively fast growth without the bokashi. The cobination of bokashi of rice straw and cow urine is quite different in high treatment of plants, the area of corn leaves, the row of maize grains, the rate of clean assimilation and the rate of relative growth.} }
