		abstract={This study is motivated by the existence of marbola system in rubber plantations, which is commonly carried out by the people in Lumban Dolok village. Most of the residents are rubber farmers. Because most of the owners of rubber plantations do not have the time and ability to manage their lands, so they are encouraged to do cooperations between the owners and the managers in the hope that they will be mutually beneficial. The problem formulations of the study are: 1. How is the Marbola System in Rubber Plantations in Lumban Dolok Village, South Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency?. 2. How is the Islamic Economic View on the Marbola System in Rubber Plantations in Lumban Dolok Village, South Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency?. This study aims to: 1. Investigate the Marbola System in Rubber Plantations in Lumban Dolok Village, South Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. 2. Discuss the Islamic Economic View on the Marbola System in Rubber Plantations in Lumban Dolok Village, South Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview and Documentation. The findings of this study are the existence of terms and conditions in the contract and pillars, such as there are Musaqi (the owners of rubber plantations) but they do not fully provide the tools, Saaqi (the managers), Musaqah object, the Shigot is verbally and it is not written even without any witnesses, Musaqah Period and the profit sharing Percentage is 50: 50%.}
