And the amount of contribution made Human Relations variables and the Work Environment on Employee Performance part of the commercial division at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, amounting to 0.533 or 53.3%. while 46.7% is influenced by other factors which are not discussed in this study.} }
