		abstract={This study aims to analyze the distribution channel at the Cik Manan Home Industry in Sungai Tohor Village, Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency and to determine the effectiveness of the distribution channel at the Cik Manan Home Industry in Sungai Tohor Village, Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research method used is descriptive exploratory. Data collection techniques in this study were using interviews and observations. The sampling technique uses proposive sampling. The results showed that the Cik Manan Home Industry in Sungai Tohor Village, Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency, uses short distribution channels and long distribution channels which have their own distribution areas, namely in the Sungai Tohor Village area and outside the Sungai Tohor Village area. The distribution channel at the Cik Manan Home Industry is already effective because it is right at the distribution point and increases sales. The distribution of sago noodles in the Cik Manan Home Industry in 2019 for households in the Cik Manan Home Industry is 642 Kg, for Industrial consumers as much as 2,867 Kg, for agents in the Tohor River as much as 10,562 Kg and for agents outside the Tohor River as much as 11,129 Kg. Whereas for the transportation facilities at the Cik Manan Home Industry in Sungai Tohor Village, Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency, for the Sungai Tohor Village area, additions are needed such as motorbikes so that the delivery of Sago Noodles can run well and optimally and for outside the Sungai Tohor Village area itself is not Additional transportation is needed because for deliveries outside Sungai Tohor Village only via ferry. While in the warehousing facility, there is a need for warehousing to accommodate all products that are ready for production as well as Sago Noodles that have not been wrapped or have been wrapped and packed.}
