The number of samples used was 35 employees, using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, human resource empowerment and work commitment have a significant positive effect on the performance of field employees at PT Hasanah surveyor Raya Pekanbaru.} }
