		abstract={This research aims to determine the performance management of Riau Philharmonic Orchestra at the Event of Jelang Ramadhan Concert IV.  The basis for implementing the function of management is planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling.  This research is a descriptive analysis research using a qualitative approach. The techniques of collecting data used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques.This study uses data analysis techniques that is, data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis conclusion. The results of research conducted is researchers can draw conclusion that all the management functions that have been described are running well, as well as the stages of implementing the management of the show. The researcher found that the purpose of the show of Jelang Ramadhan Concert IV as an annual event that has been held four times as well as a forum for musicians or orchestral music activists in Pekanbaru. As well as the event to welcome the holy month of Ramadan in the form of religious music concert activities.}
