The study is descriptive with quantitative approach. The population was taken from all Civil Servants who served in the Youth and Sports Education Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency totaling 42 people. Collection used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Variable X is Work Discipline with Indicators of Awareness, Willingness, Obedience and Work Ethics. Variable Y is Performance with Indicators of Quality, Quantity, Knowledge about Work, Creativity, Cooperation, Initiatives and Responsibilities. The results showed the effect of work discipline on the performance of civil servants was in the Good category. This is because every employee carries out their duties and jobs with full responsibility. Each employee is expected to improve their performance by providing rewards to whose performance exceeds the target.} }
