Marpoyan Pekanbaru Academic Year 2019/2020. Correlation research collects data using observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed 1) the average of all sub-variables of learning discipline on the observation sheet was 78.13% on the questionnaire of 78.80%; 2) the average of all sub-variables of student participation on the observation sheet was 75.56% on the questionnaire of 73.94%; 3) biology learning outcomes in the high category is 21.15%, the medium category is 44.23%, the low category is 34.62%; 4) Variables X1 with Y are known tcount (2.67)> ttable (2,009), Variable X2 with Y are known tcount (3.61)> ttable (2,009), Variables X1, X2 and Y are known tcount (3,64)> table (2,009); 5) It was concluded (1) there was a significant relationship with the low category between (X1) and (Y) with a correlation coefficient (rx1y) of 0.354, with the contribution of learning discipline with student biology learning outcomes of 12.5%, (2) there is a significant relationship with the category is quite strong between (X2) with (Y) with a correlation coefficient (rx2y) of 0.455 and the contribution of student participation with student biology learning outcomes is equal to 20.7%, (3) there is a significant relationship with the category strong enough between the discipline of learning (X1) and student participation (X2) with student learning outcomes (Y) in science learning (biology) class VIII SMP YLPI P. Marpoyan Pekanbaru Academic Year 2019/2020, with the value of the correlation coefficient (rx1x2y) which is equal to 0.458 with the contribution of learning discipline and student participation with student biology learning outcomes that is equal to 20.9%.} }
