Why did the transmitter have to be replaced digitally? Haven't analog transmitters been very satisfying? It is true that for more than 50 years the Analog television transmitter has proven its excellent performance. But from the other side, that is, when digital technology has shown its superiority, the analog transmitter deserves to be replaced. The main reason for this replacement is: for the sake of efficiency over frequency occupation. Because frequency is a natural resource that cannot be renewed, so that its existence must be utilized as efficiently as possible. So the only way that can increase the efficiency of this frequency usage is digital technology. This study uses a qualitative method which aims to describe what happened in this study. This research is descriptive in nature which only contains situations or events and does not test hypotheses or make predictions. Descriptive method aims to describe systematically the facts or characteristics of a particular population or certain fields factually and accurately.} }
