The research subjects consists of grade VII.H students of SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu totaling 32 students consisting of 18 male students and 14 female students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of 2 cycles. Data collection instruments consisted of observation sheets and learning outcomes test sheets that had been analyzed. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive data analysis with qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. Based on the observation sheet at each meeting shows that there is an improvement in the learning process from the first meeting in the first cycle to the last meeting in the second cycle. Based on student learning outcomes, an increase in learning can be seen from the number of students who achieved the KKM on the basic score of 9 students (28.12%), daily tests I were 13 students (40.62%) and daily tests II were 18 students (56, 25%). Based on the average student learning outcomes on a basic score of 48.43, daily tests I was 57.06, and daily tests II were 72.31. So it can be concluded that the application of the Cooperative Learning Model with Think-Talk-Write Strategy (TTW) can improve the learning process and improve mathematics learning outcomes for students of class VII H of SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu.} }
