Every production process in a company is inseparable from all the dangers of accident risk and therefore it is necessary to provide occupational health and safety protection for workers to prevent and reduce work accidents. The protection is related to the protection of outsourced workers who work at PT. Artha Kreasi Utama, outsourced to PT. Transportation of Indonesian Gas (TGI / Transgasindo) which is engaged in the distribution of natural gas, which in practice has occurred due to work accidents caused by workers and tools used by workers. This study aims to determine how the implementation of occupational health and safety protection for outsourcing workers at PT. Indonesian Gas Transportation Regional Office II Indragiri Hulu Regency and what are the obstacles in providing work health and safety protection at PT. Indonesian Gas Transportation Regional Office II, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is observation research, namely by direct survey to the field to obtain primary data and secondary data from respondents using data collection tools namely questionnaires and interviews. While its nature is descriptive where the author tries to give a detailed description of the implementation of occupational health and safety protection. The results obtained from this study stated that the implementation of occupational health and safety protection for outsourced workers in PT. Indonesian Gas Transportation (TGI / Transgasindo) has not been implemented well as for the obstacles or inhibiting factors in the implementation of occupational health and safety protection that is due to lack of awareness of workers to use personal protective equipment, lack of supervision carried out by labor inspectors and sanctions provided by the company has not been firm so that it does not provide a deterrent effect for workers.} }
